You know I love it, don't you... It's a real masterpiece and I really do run out of super-adjectives - so allow me to say it this way: It doesn't look like a miniature at all, it's like a movie setting in real life size. The amount of details is unbelievable, and you've put so much time, effort and love in this. Ewa, this is simply gorgeous!!!

It's utterly FABULOUS in every single way and I LOVE IT!!! :o)))) So much detail, so much to see and enjoy and you have the right look etc. :o)

I love the wing back arm chairs, are you able to tell me where you bought them and what make they are? The reason I ask is I'm looking to two that shape for Grffindor's Common room. Only I can't see any red leather ones so I'm going to dye them. If you don't want to state where on here, you can post a comment on my blog and I won't publish it. ;o)))

WOW, Ewa! WOW, WOW, WOW! It is amazing! Awesome! Incredible! Gorgeous! I just can't say how impressive it is all put together! I LOVE that lamp with the ruby red shade... did we see that before? And Those Wing Chairs are just so incredible! And every detail so carefully thought out! I see that Snape portrait... it makes it seem as though Snape is right there! This is really amazing! I Love every picture and I love the way you start by looking in the window and then the door.... at least I am not the only one who likes to peek in through the windows and doors of my dollhouses!!! :) :) What an accomplishment! Hard to believe you still have more to add.... but I know how it goes... the room takes on a life of its own... I really LOVE it!

Your photos are the best! What a great room...so much detail to look at. I really like that. How did you make the window look like leaded glass? It seems so authentic. Too much for one viewing :-) Need to return with more time. Thank you for taking the time to share this project!

Here you go, Michelle: http://www.spminiatures.com/seating.html
These are by Bespaq(made in China hehehe - found the sticker ;)) And I bought them in SP Miniatures a few years ago but they still are in their offer. They are brown not red, but I guess you can find something in this colour in SP Miniatures, so I enclosed the link to their seating category :)
Happy you like the office! :D Thank you very very much!

The wires you see well;) I hope to make a photo with lights on but I have a problem with the candelabra - it does give a light but it's more like embers than light...

I've been a lrker for the longest time, but I felt that I just had to commnt on your pictures/project.

Everything is just so lovely (I agree with others about the chairs!), and I am so impressed with the time and care you take to achieve such realistic results. Even the floor of the room is wonderful!

The Old Maid said...

Dziękuję Ci za przemiłe słowa, Kochana! Bardzo bardzo mi miło je czytać! Jak chodzi o projekty, to póki co, będzie coś bardzo małego, potem może trochę większe, ale raczej bardziej czyste.;)
