A different perspective

What is that?

Knock...

...or not to knock?

A wisdom ....

...hidden in bottles.

Tell me, silly human, who needs wisdom in bottles when everybody knows it's in brains. Poppets brains of course!

Ah! The window....

...I was looking...

...throug inside.
I found poppets looking around at Etsy pages. Or maybe they found me? That was love at the first sight for me and soon I was reading and following The slaughter house studio's blog. Guided by Lisa Snelling, the poppets creator, I learned about the poppets and their symbiosis with silly humans. I just had to have one poppet just for me!Who doesn't need a bit of wisdom in a pocket anyway?;) So here he is, the Poppet That Lives in Poland:) I love the idea of poppets on tour and so The Poppet that Lives in Poland started his tour with the Snape's office.
Hope you won't mind I will be posting this little wise fellow here:)

Little poppet and his orchid.;)

This is very unique. And I so admire the quality of your photographs....they look so real it is as if you have been made small and stepped right into the scene. How do you do that??!!

Makes me want to stop taking pictures right now :-(

What wonderful photos of poppet's tour. I love the first shots of him standing in front of the intriguing door and gazing through the window, etc. You could make it into a small storybook!

Thank you so much, Kate! Yes, I too have this impression poppet decided it is his office ;)Well, since there is no sign of Snape yet, he can stay there ;)

I love The Poppet Who Lives in Poland! And I adore your photos and how far along Snape's office has come!

Oh, no! Please, don't stop Tabs! I love to see your creations! My camera is Canon SX200 chosen only because of macrophotography ;) It does make quite good photos althought it has the lamp that is not good for minies at all. And making these photos I was just crawling around the office to get poppet's perspective!;)

Thank you so much, Nina! There is still a lot to do in the office - guess I need holidays to go back to serious work here;)

Thank you so much Margaret! Actually I sent some of these photos to the Poppets on Tour Group on Flickr, so if we, the Poppet that Lives in Poland and me, are lucky enough then maybe he will see himself in a book one day;)

besitos ascension

Some truly good pictures , Ewa. Whatever you were doing with these pics, you were doing them right! I love how all your little bottles are now filled. I can see the tiny influence from the Chinese medicinal hall. Really terrific! So good to have a little tour round blogland after so many days to see how far everyone's progressed with their project. All looking so good!

This is wonderful Ewa! I love the poppet and his tour and your potion's room is soo filled! :o)))

I spied some brown earthenware bottles that I bought from DHE (I guess yours are from there too?).

Have you decided what you will be working on next?

Thank you so much Michelle! You are a perfect spy!;) Yes, I bought them there too!:)
Actually the office is not so filled as it looks so I have a lot to do there:) There are a few pieces of furniture to prepare and shelves to fill and lights...
Next? Hmm I have two or three ideas on my mind and they are not witches at all but I need to remember about the space for buildings as I have not really much of it :(
