So in reference to my first post about embroidery stands by G.F Kersting here is no 2(which actually should be no 1 according to his paintings. ;))
This is more "stand" for me than previous one, as this one consists of two pair of legs and an embroidery frame which is the only part that bonds legs together.
On the first painting of G.F Kersting only you can see how the canvas is attached to the frame so I made it seen too (but of course I forgot to make the thread straight when taking pictures...)
This time I also made frame a bit shorter than legs but I think one that is as long as legs(like the first one I made) looks just better.
The embroidery is a faux one as I am (
Hope you will like the embroidery stand no 2. :)

Wow! You have done an amazing job!! It is so realistic and the embroidery is so delicate. I'm jealous - I doubt my fingers could manage that!
Well done

I love it and it looks very convincing with the unfinished embroidery. Great work!

Hello Ewa,
That is just fantastic. This is one of the best pieces you have made. Your finishing is superb and the quality of construction is terrific.
Excellent work!
Big hug,

Another wonderful transformation from an inspiration (in this case the painting) to a gorgeous miniaturs. Awesome!

You are so talented, the frame looks so real. Just brilliant!
All the best

Hi Ewa! This frame is sturdier than the first one... and you can see how the artist or the frame builder wanted to make one that was more graceful in shape. But I am willing to bet that this version is the way they were making them for hundreds of years! It is so sturdy and practical looking! And you have built it so beautifully! I suppose it would have been handed down from generation to generation! You are really going to have to make a little "room box" to show off these beautiful and unique pieces! :):)
Beautiful work! xo Jennifer
Once again a beautiful job, Ewalina!!!
Just about to go for breakfast in the faraway land of Singapore and my family is just chasing..hurry hurry!
Love the frames too, SSis. Birgit will be thrilled! :)
