Another (after
part one and two) of my prototypes. It took me awhile to figure it all out.
Okay, I do know there are stunning Artist and Artisans around miniature world and blogland too, who can make it with an ease. But as I am learning on my own trials and errors, without any teacher, it does take me sometimes a lot of time to find easy ways of making something looking right.;)
Funny thing these folding legs were simpler to make than..... a proper table top! LOL! I know I should change it for a better one but for now it will stay this way as I have a dream to have this table with the top adorned with pretty marquetry. But all I could do this time was this.
I know I know I shouldn't even show you this poor trial, so sorry for that!
I hope you will like this prototype anyway.:)

Kolejny(po części
pierwszej i

Hi Ewa I consider you one of those stunning artists:) Wow your table is fantastic. You make the most amazing items and are very talented.
Hugs Maria
Please don't apologize for your work! The table is beautiful.
Hello Grandmommy,
You simply must stop apologizing for the quality of your table. you did a fantastic job of the legs and as you said you are learning by trial an error. This table is off to an incredible start. A bot more practice and the marquetry top will be a reality. Think of all the people who never attempt such a project out of fear. I say bravo to you and the table it lovely. No apologies!
Big hug,
Giac
Me encanta es una mesa fabulosa.
Un abrazo.
Yolanda
Świetny jest. Absolutnie nic mu nie brakuje.Wygląda na bardzo skomplikowane przedsięwzięcie. Jak zwykle, jestem pod wrażeniem :)))

Your gate leg table reminds me of a real antique one my Aunt had. (Hers did not have the charming marquetry pattern that your lovely miniature has), but I remember the veneer peeling up a little in one of the corners.
Maria already said it... you too are an artist - your work is incredible. And never forget, even the masters of art started with a first try... and your prototype looks stunning!
Hugs

Dear Ewa, this Table is Gorgeous!!! You are making furniture that is really complicated and it looks elegant and stunning!!! I am so impressed with the pieces you are making.... with No instruction or training! You will be one of those Great miniaturists before long if you keep it up!!! Great work on this table!!!
Beautiful work, Ewa! You're a brave soul, making your own furniture, and the legs you've created are wonderful. It's time to pat yourself on the back for a job well done! xo Jennifer
Ewalina, as far as I am concerned, you have reached a new level of excellence in this folding table. Firstly the folding feature with hidden hinges. Then the legs which are done so nicely that they look balance and really pretty. Your engineering skill is superb and yes, no need for apologies at all.
I admire you and there's no qualification to my admiration. You are only to get better, my dear.
The only thing is the varnish in teh 2nd picture looks a little shiny . Could be because it was taken right after you varnish?
The marquetry is maddeningly difficult but I am sure if you set your mind to it, you will be remarkably great at it sooner than you think. Just keep at it.
Una mesa genial,es perfecta!!!!!
Besos.
Zrobić taki składany stół to rzeczywiście trudne zadanie. Brawo!
Lovely table.
DON'T apologise, Ewa, this table looks gorgeous, it is fantastic work! It is rather difficult to make like all others said before!! The marquetry will be incredible difficult. You can be very proud of yourself, dear friend!! I surely know how difficult it is to find out how to make something without sizes, no experience and without workshops/lessons and a teacher standby ;)!
Big hug, Ilona

I think this table is much to perfect for a prototype. It looks wonderful! I wish my miniatures could look like this someday...
