A bit of colour this time. ;) Tym razem troszkę koloru. ;)

Here is the story: went with my parents to see the exhibition of  furniture made by young designers. It was supposed to be opened but due to some problems with recently opened building, the exhibition was closed and no one knows when it is going to be open again.

So during our way back home my Mom and me thought of visiting a shop which we usually passing by when going by bus. The small one room shop was recently expanded into two store salon. What attracted us there was the light - yup, we are like moths, lol - as this is a lamp shop.

We walked around admiring VERY expensive chandeliers and lamps but suddenly something caught my attention and it was not a lamp of any kind.

A charming, colourful night table was standing there presenting a very femine table lamp on its top (which - the lamp - I didn't even noticed at first!). ;) I just loved its shape, legs and colour combination.
Here is my version of the table in 1:12 scale.

Hope you will like it! :)

Urzekły mnie nóżki i zestawienie kolorów. I tak powstała moja wersja szafki w skali 1:12.
Mam nadzieję, że się Wam spodoba!

I'm fond of lamp shops too, especially if they have lots of glamorous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. How cool that you found an 'inspiration piece' to run home and make into a marvelous miniature!

It is a very exciting night table. I like its height, leg shape and of course the drawers. The color and tabletop mosaic is also really lovely. Very well done.

This is a very special nightstand, Ewa, I have never seen this one before, very special. And of course, then there is someone called Ewa, who saw this and she had to make a wonderful miniature of this nightstand! A miniaturist sees everything in miniature.....:D !! Well done, my friend, it is fantastic work! I love the colorscheme of the green and the blue.
Hugs, Ilona

This little table in the lampshop must have been beautiful - because it inspired you to do this gorgeous miniature. What a lovely piece... you should go on many more trips with your parents and get attracted by light... the result of this trip is breathtaking.

Ewalina, I echo Birgit. You must go on these trips with your parents more :). You have made a failed attempt to see an exhibition of newly designed furniture to an exhibition of one of your own.

Like everyone, i think your night table is just awesome. Those small drawers, how???do?? you ??? make??them??fit???

I would have cried buckets trying to do them. :)

GORGEOUS!
