I agree about these ships being one of the most beautiful sights you can ever see. What gorgeous photos! Thank you for sharing those.
I wish I could find a 1: 144 scale ship. I have looked and looked for one. I suppose that it would be way too much work for the price a maker could sell one for. There are some around but they seem crudely made to what I have in mind.
So beautiful ships. I saw those in Turku last week.
The photos are wonderful! Thanks for sharing.

Seeing the first pic in tiny size in the preview of the dashboard I thought it was the "Gorch Fock" (LOL), silly me... Those proud ships are always a feast for the eye, thanks for sharing. Your photos are (as usual) fantastic - I especially liked the ones by night, what an atmosphere!
Greetings
Birgit
Awesome pictures! I love ships with their sails full mast.
Your photos look so professional Ewa.

Victoria
Ewa, did you stay in a special place for this regatta? And how absolutely splendid and magnificent and larger than life all these frigates of years past are! Almost unreal .
In fact, some of the photographs look like paintings. I enlarged a few , in particular the one from Poland. See it for yourself and tell me if it does not look like an acrylic masterpiece . Beautiful pictures, my dear.
Ooooh! Dziękuję za piękne zdjęcia, niektóre wręcz pocztówkowe:) Szkoda, że mnie tam nie było, uwielbiam żaglowce.
WOW, EWA! Gorgeous photos! Gorgeous SHIPS! I agree with the saying about women, horses and ships..... we rarely get to see that anymore! I used to sail in my childhood and have always loved the beauty of a sailboat! The Magnificence of the Huge old Clipper ships is amazing to see! Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you, Catherine! I went to the shops today to see how small frigates they make over here. The smallest are around 3cm long and they all are bottled.;) But it is true the bigger they are the more precisely they are made. If you want to, I can take a few photos to show you how they look like.;)
They are, Kaisa! And yes, I know they came from Turku here!;D
Thank you so much, Eliana! Happy you like them!
Thank you so much, Brigit! I am very happy you like them! I too like the photos taken in the night most.:)
Hugs to you!
You are way too kind for me, Victoria! Thank you sooooo much!
Hugs!
Wow, Sans! Thank you very very very much, my dear Friend! It is all because of your great photos that made me thinking I need to take better pictures.:)
In fact, although I shouldn't be spending my money for pleasures right now, I am planing to take part in photography course in October.;D
No szkooooooooda! Miłoby było Cię poznać osobiście, Efa.;)Cieszę się, że się fotki podobają:)
Thank you so much, Betsy!
I guess we are privileged when it comes to these ships. Last time we saw many of them two years ago and Kruzenstern was in my city last year too. Dar Pomorza is already a museum so we have her here every day;D
Hola Ewa, me encanta leer post en tus blog.
Tengo que decirte que eres una gran artista de la fotografia, son unas fotos excelentes, fantasticas.
besitos ascension
Querida Ascension, muchisimas gracias! Me allegra mucho que te gusta las fotos!
Besitos!
Ewa, BRAVA! Do it! It is an easy migration from minis to blogging to photography. I am just afraid to start another because I am totally not done with miniatures yet and I already have so little time.:) Lucky I am not as multi-talented as you! :) Can't draw for nuts. Teehee :)
Oh dear Sans watching all your miniatures I simply KNOW you ARE Multi-talented!:)
I am not done with miniatures ether, it is just that nowadays it is easier for me to take photos than to at least finish the greenhouse...:(
As for drawing I really know how poor my skils are, there are so many really talented people even on blogger...;)
Ewa ¡Que fotos más fantásticas!!!! Ö
Un abrazo
Flor
Happy you like them Flor!:D Besos!
