Playing with buttons

A cake plate perhaps? It is a bit too big for a plate but maybe for an epergne it would be all right.

Actually it is a quite big button. I loved the pattern and the colours of it. I put some clay in the holes and then painted the middle with white acrylic paint. And then decided to try with the gold one...So here you can see the button in white and you can even see the holes still and the one in gold.

And still they are both WIP.

Dzis zabawa z guzikami.

Well done Ewa!! It turned out beautiful :) I am sure that it will look great as a cake plate or for some fruits maybe?

What a little colour can do... they have very different styles, but both lovely. Very clever idea, and I'd bet you'd find a bunch of uses for these lovely minis.

Greetings
Birgit

I love your plate. Never would have thought of filling the holes with clay. Cant wait to see them finished.

Hmmm...the white one looks complete . Is that one the same button as the gold one (big button, not the smaller one with holes)? I must confess I am a little confused. You said you put clay in the holes. You mean the smaller gold buttons? I don't see clay...

Sorry, dear Ewa, I am not thinking so straight now ..LOL :)Ooops 12.30am already :)

The white one and the gold one are the same kind of buttons dear Sans:)And the clay was put in the holes of the two big buttons:) The smaller metal parts just wanted to be on the photos too!;D Get some rest dear;D

Ty to zawsze masz dobre pomysły:-)
Patera cudna!
Pozdrawiam,
